Common questions

  • Yes. There are no subscriptions or hidden fees. Pay once and use Glenthea throughout your wedding journey.
  • Yes. You can move up to a larger plan later and pay only the difference between the two plans' list prices. Everything you have built stays.
  • Guests pick a gift or give to your fund, then send the money straight to you by bank transfer or a payment app you choose, such as PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or Cash App. Glenthea charges no fee and never handles the money. Your guests' bank or app may charge its usual fees.
  • Everything stays flexible. You are not charged until you publish, so you can create, pause, or leave your card unfinished at no cost. An unfinished card is not kept forever: if it is never published, its photos are removed after 30 days without any change to the card or account, and the card and account after 60 days. We email you a week before each. If you later need a larger plan, you can purchase it and your account will upgrade immediately without losing any work. If the wedding date changes, simply update the card; the link and guest list stay the same.
  • A real person will reply. Email support@glenthea.com and someone from the team that built Glenthea will help you, not an automated bot. Whether you have a question about your card or need help with your guest list, we are here before, during, and after the wedding.
  • Because Glenthea is designed to feel like your own wedding space, not a generic free page. It brings your invitation, RSVPs, wedding-day tools, and keepsakes together in 32 languages for one payment, with no subscription or ads. Your gift-registry IBAN is encrypted, and we never sell your data or use it for advertising.
  • Both. Your card is the invitation guests open, while the dashboard manages RSVPs, supports your wedding day, and collects memories afterward. Save the Date, photo albums, games, and Time Capsule are all included.
  • Quite a lot. Each guest gets their own guest hub where they can RSVP for their entire party, share dietary requirements, request a song, sign the guestbook, claim a gift, find their table, and leave a Time Capsule message, all without an app or account.
  • No. Each guest receives a unique personal link. They simply open it and confirm their attendance; no sign-up is required.
  • Yes. Glenthea supports 32 languages. Guests can switch languages themselves, or you can assign a language to each guest when sending invitations.
  • Yes. Glenthea is based in Switzerland and handles personal data under applicable Swiss and European data-protection requirements, including the revised FADP and, where applicable, the GDPR. We use safeguards to protect your information, never sell it or use it for advertising, and let you export or delete it at any time. The details you add for receiving gift money are visible only to guests you invite.

Your wedding stays online for as long as you want.

Every plan includes everything, you only ever choose the size of your celebration, never which features you unlock.
